An international development charity with strong links to one of the world's most renowned organisations is recruiting for a skilled qualified accountant to join their finance team for a 12 month maternity cover. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with an international brand with a mission to alleviate poverty through the power of media and communication.

You will be the lead finance contact on the Global grant from DFID for external donors and internal staff. This will include creating an effective cycle of budgeting and reporting and modelling quarterly expenditure to ensure it is in-line with forecasts. Additionally, you will be involved in ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve financial and management systems.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a charity or not for profit sector due to the necessity of grant accounting. International experience is also an advantage as is previous experience with SAP. Please apply ASAP to ensure your CV is considered for the role.
