Our client now has a vacancy for an accomplished Finance Manager to partner with a successful business unit and work with the leadership team to help drive performance.

The role is broad and varied. You will have demonstrable technical, analytical and commercial finance skills and be able to work and engage with senior stakeholders. The role will manage and develop a small team of finance professionals and be responsible for business strategy and planning, budgeting and forecasting and financial reporting on monthly results - interpreting and providing recommendations to aid in performance management and improvement.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong academics. You will have prior experience of managing and developing finance teams and excellent communication skills to forge strong relationships across the business. A background of working in the professional and / or business services industry will be advantageous.
