A Family run company in East Leeds are looking for a Finance manager to join their team on a permanent, Part-time basis.

This role is best suited to someone AAT qualified or QBE looking to work 28-30 hours a week.

People returning to work after some time out will also be considered

Duties of the role:

• Raise Invoices and post into Sage
• Process supplier invoices onto Sage
• Bank Payments
• Chase outstanding payments
• Bank reconciliation
• Credit Card reconciliations
• Process Travel expenses
• Booking of Travel / Hotels for MD / Chairman / Sales Person
• Cashflow

• VAT returns

• Monthly management accounts including providing regular P&L updates / Sales left to achieve
• Cashflow
• Monthly Payroll
• P11D
• PSA Agreement calculation
• Year End accounts including balance sheet reconciliation & depreciation calculation.
• Currency - monitor currency fluctuations and transfers between accounts
• Day to day queries relating to finance
• Angel cashflow monitoring and yearly accounts prep.
• Wages / PAYE processing
• Invoicing for DJ Accounts
• Regular reviews of any funding/grants that are available to the business

This role would offer some hybrid working for the right candidate.

Salary: Up to £32,000 FTE
