Delighted to again be recruiting exclusively for this successful SME construction business based in Manchester city centre. They have a new opening for a Finance Manager; the role has become available due to the current postholders relocation plans.
As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility over the small finance team and be responsible for all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. This will include :
- General day to day transactional finance reporting/sign off
- CIS ledger maintenance and sign off
- Business partnering with Site Managers/Commercial teams
- Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Monthly and weekly payroll reporting
- VAT returns
- Investor Reporting
This role reports to the CFO and is a great opportunity to get involved in the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities. Ideally part or fully qualified, but candidates qualified by experience would be considered. However a candidate with previous construction experience is very much preferred, especially if you have used COINS before!
IN return you will be offered a competitive basic salary along with other exciting benefits and the opportunity to further shape and develop this thriving finance department.
