We are currently partnering with a leading global business solutions corporate that is focused on quality engagement and long-term relationships within their specialised field. Due to a broad restructure across finance, there now exists an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join as Finance Manager with a focus on reporting to the US parent.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the statutory accounting and tax reporting for the European subsidiaries across the division, including UK statutory accounts. In addition, you will manage the external audit process and provide technical accounting guidance and ad hoc project support where required. Key to the role will also be managing and developing a small team.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) and your background will demonstrate strong accounting and technical expertise, most likely from a chartered environment. You will have knowledge of SOX, experience of preparing statutory accounts and ideally providing guidance in relation to US / European GAAPs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to partner across the business and also manage and lead the team.
