Start your job searchThis investment manager, focused on European commercial real estate and other specialist markets, is looking to hire into their finance team.
The business in question works across real estate debt, direct lending and have developed their own risk analytics platform. They are a boutique business with an exceptional reputation.
This Finance Manager position has arisen due to growth in the business and will provide the successful candidate with a superb move in private equity real estate; with huge potential to develop internally and setting up your career nicely in the long run.
Specifically your role will entail:
- Responsible for the financial processing and record keeping of the group entities.
- Review outputs of the Finance & Operations Analyst
- Preparation of the monthly and annual financial reporting packs
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the annual group audit
- Co-ordination of the quarterly group VAT return with corporate service providers
- Co-ordination of the group tax reporting with corporate service providers
- Preparation of group regulatory reporting
- Assistance in the preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assistance with company secretarial duties
- Assist the broader finance team as needed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1-2 years post qualified experience of group finance within financial services. You will be capable of working closely with senior stakeholders, able to add value beyond finance.
Remuneration will be in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 with exceptional bonus potential.
