The Finance team are looking for an assured and ambitious Finance Manager to lead the transactions team and drive through process improvements in a growing and dynamic international business.
This new role has been created to act as a bridge between the transactions team, the management accounts team and the senior finance team to support the business in many areas. While the role has an outline of duties the exciting plans of the business means this is likely to be added to as the business continues to grow. Initially the duties includes:
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the transactions team to ensure accurate, efficient and timely recording and processing of financial transactions. A significant element of the role's purpose is to identify and lead complex process improvements in the transactions team, the wider finance team and the overall business. Projects where you will take the full lead on include: full review of the AP process, improvement to the expenses process, projects in improving the PO and OCR and supporting in post-acquisition integration. There is also a plan to upgrade their ERP system.
You must be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) as the plan is for this person to develop and progress across the finance function. Managing a team is a big plus, as important is someone who has proven experience of getting involved in and managing projects.
