A leading European financial services group with offices based in the heart of Dublin city is looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join their Irish group of insurance companies.

Your responsibilities will include the production of technical accounts and reinsurance accounts and monitor technical accounting developments as well as the production of management accounts and statutory reporting under Irish GAAP.

You will also be responsible for Group reporting under IFRS and regulatory reporting as per Solvency II. Additionally to this, you will assist in the budgeting process, gain experience in ad hoc projects and contribute to the development of processes and procedures.

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with experience in insurance accounting. Knowledge of Sun Systems would also be an advantage.
