A rapidly expanding private equity backed tech company are looking for a Financial Accountant to join them. This is a newly created role, looking after 2 direct reports and supporting the Head of Finance as the team develops. You should be ACA (ideally top 10) or ACCA qualified but MUST come from an Audit background.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and running the annual audit and statutory accounts
• Liaising with external auditors, tax and key stakeholders
• Ensure the US subsidiaries are compliant with all regulations
• Support overseas partnerships and developing the financial reporting
• Assist in the annual budget and periodic forecast
• Providing management reports and variance analysis
• Ad Hoc tasks

The salary is paying £50-60k dependent on experience and is based in West London. This role is the perfect step from practice to industry as there is a lot of room for growth and development.
