Seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a manufacturer and supplier of premium quality furniture going through significant growth, based in Milton Keynes. This is a broad position, great for someone who has previously worked in an SME environment and enjoys getting involved with a broad remit of duties.

Supporting the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the accounts and play a key role in the projected and strategic financial growth of the company. Duties include; production of management accounts, cash flow management including forecasting, cost analysis, leading and motivating a team, and developing new processes and improvements to drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active individual, with exemplary attention to detail and a positive work ethic. You will have experience working in an SME environment, with a manufacturing background being extremely advantageous. Previous management experience is a bonus, but it is essential that you have worked in finance for at least 5 years.
