A large insurance firm is looking for a financial accountant to join initially on a 5 month contract to be heavily involved on a new project.

You will be reporting into the CFO working within a small team assisting with the transition of the finance function and financial planning and analysis for the business.

Main responsibilities will include

• Providing financial reports monthly and quarterly
• Internal audit recommendation
• Monthly VAT reporting for European entities
• Compile, consolidate and review accounts
• Assisting with various projects
• Working closely with the procurement team

Requirements:

• You will be part qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent or finalist
• Previously dealt with transition
• Working in professional services is preferable
