A leading name in the financial services industry is currently looking for a process driven and commercial financial accountant with a problem solving attitude and a strong eye for detail. You are needed to support the Financial Controller and the wider reporting team with a variety of tasks encompassing the production of monthly and quarterly reporting.

The role will include ensuring all monthly accounting and reconciliations are completed throughout the group, managing the reconciliation of all intercompany transactions across legal entities and preparing for end of month and end of quarter Balance Sheet reviews. In addition, the role will support strategic management initiatives on behalf of financial control - executing on key deliverables to simplify processes and to increase speed and transparency into financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA with a strong "hands on" financial accounting background in financial control that is confident around the month end / revenue close process. You will also have the ability to demonstrate strong initiative and drive change and improvements where necessary.
