A PE backed Legal firm is seeking a Financial Controlelr to join their rapidly growing business. The Financial Controller will have a key role within the finance team ensuring accuracy of internal reporting, managing the budget and forecasting processes and ensuring improvements are being made in both the process and output of the function.

This exciting role requires a confident communicator who is driven, enthusiastic and technically adept. Some of the key responsibilities will include, provide financial information and analysis to senior decision makers in support of the management of performance and profitability across the business as well as preparation of the annual statutory accounts. You will also oversee month end reporting, budget preparation, cash-flow and treasury and all external reporting under UK GAAP.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ideally with first time passes
• Advanced MS Excel for reporting
• Experience in financial reporting under UK GAAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments.

• A commercial outlook to support the business in meeting its objectives
