A central London based multinational transport business is seeking to add a Finance Analyst/Modeller professional to join their growing team. The role will report into the Director of Corporate & Strategic Finance and will involve sell side bid modelling and corporate finance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exposure to building financial models using historic data and providing financial forecasts based on a set of assumptions.
• Exposure to building models for funding using various debt instruments such as bank loan, bonds, revolver facility etc. Understand and able to include arrangement fees, commitment fees, interest, principal repayments in the model.
• Understanding/exposure to financial covenants/ ratios/ rating agency metrics etc.
• Presentations skills - graphs, power point etc.
• Exposure to valuation of companies.
• Exposure to investment appraisals - IRR / NPV / DCF etc.

You will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional accountant and come from an advisory or corporate finance in house background. Candidates without this need not apply. Strong technical accounting skills as well as excellent excel skills are required.
