Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a global natural resources company based in central London. Our client is currently seeking a Assistant Financial Analyst to join the Commercial Finance team.



§Preparation of monthly financial forecasts

§Work in a large group to provide full year budgets.

§Produce a full P&L for all new products over the course of the year together with monthly forecasts.

§Work closely with the Senior Finance analyst to produce forecasts and quarterly submissions.

§Work closely with marketing and sales in order to appropriately strategise effective planning. This will be undertaken in line with necessary variance analysis.

§Other add hoc analysis and reporting.



THE CANDIDATE will need to be part qualified with a commercial mind. Excellent communication skills will be a paramount aspect to this role as you will be liaising with both commercial units. Experience of working in an anaytical role with a strong reporting background is also essential. The candidate will need to come from an energy/natural resources background.
