FP&A Manager - Dublin - Financial Services

Exceptional opportunity join this leading Financial Services firm as they continue their impressive growth through acquisition both domestically and internationally.

With current growth extremely strong they are keen to add some considerable ballast to the FP&A Team with a Manager level hire.

As the firm continue to acquire new firms under their banner this role will be 50% FP&A Focused and 50% focused on M&A and their Acquisitions. This is as good as its gets in terms of role and opportunity with the FP&A Space.

The role…

  • Building detailed financial models to support due diligence and investment thesis development as part of evaluation of M&A opportunities.
  • Support process of identifying opportunities to deliver both revenue enhancement and cost efficiencies while driving the development of a superior operating capability and sustainable competitive advantage in markets.
  • Support the transition of the investment thesis financial forecasts to BAU financial plan with clear ownership for plan delivery.
  • Provide financial and commercial decision-making support across the business as and when required.5
  • Support the annual budgeting process including preparing detailed annual budgets and rolling reforecast models interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the annual budgeting model for P&L, cash-flow and balance sheet.

What we are seeking:

The successful candidate will showcase strong academics with an ACA/ACCA/CFA/ qualification and will also have at least 1 plus years post qualified experiecne. A background in Financial and or Risk Modelling will be key and ideally the individual will come from a Corporate Finance, M&A and or Transaction Services/Consulting background.
