Client would preferably be looking for the successful individual to be fully qualified or actively working towards getting their full qualification. Preferably 1-2 years experience within a similar role.

Description:

• Prepare the audit file, draft annual and semi-annual financial statements while ensuring that agreed timelines are achieved
• Respond to client queries on a daily basis by email and phone
• To take full ownership of the financial reporting process for allocated clients including filing with regulator
• Participate in team planning and timetable scheduling.
• Team support and to provide cover for members of the team.
• Develop relationships with other internal departments, clients and auditors.
• Preparation of fund distribution calculations
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly regulatory returns including monthly NAV return and MMIF reporting
• Preparing monthly KPI reporting.
• Ensure errors or problems are identified and investigated on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

• ACCA Required or studying towards ACCA qualification
• Degree in business studies/accounting
• MS Office efficient
• 1-2 years fund administration and/or financial reporting.
