Start your job searchAs FP&A Manager, you will be managing a team of 4, reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with the Finance Director. You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of a first class financial planning function and be instrumental in driving quality commercial information to support the growth and development of the business and monitor performance within a fast-paced retail business.
As FP&A Manager, you will e responsible for the design, development , deployment and maintenance of all internal FP&A reporting including:
- Combine your excellent analytical skills, strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to utilise financial information to identify trends, conclusions and recommendations to communicate effectively at all levels of financial understanding, creating support and buy-in
- Deliver the annual budgeting process and forecasting process, to include spreadsheet modelling, consolidation and analysis and presenting to key internal stakeholders
- Be responsible for preparing ad-hoc financial analysis to support and challenge senior management decisions
To be considered for the role of FP&A Manager, candidates must be/have:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Ideally from a retail background but not essential
- Strong FP&A background
- Ability to lead and develop a team
Package on offer for the successful FP&A Manager:
- £50,000-£60,000 basic dependant on experience
