A leading name in the FMCG and retail sector, this business is currently undertaking an exciting period of growth and due to recent promotions, there exists a requirement for an accomplished FP&A Manager to join the team and partner with the business for an initial 3-6 month period.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of a number of business units. Engaging with non-finance stakeholders, you will provide detailed insights around performance of respective business units and products. You will be tasked with variance analysis in order to aid business strategy and decision making whilst also seeking improvement and development in relation to management reporting and systems.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) that has a strong pedigree in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. You will ideally have exposure to the retail and / or logistics industry with the ability to partner and engage with senior non-finance stakeholders. The successful candidate will be happy to be hands-on and help manage a small team at the same time.
