A global financial services business based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join their multi-lingual team.

As Customer Service and Administration Coordinator, key duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for all internal and external customer enquiries
  • Ensure all queries are handled within agreed time frames
  • Source all technical information for customers
  • Handle a large volume of incoming/outgoing calls
  • Ensure customer call backs are completed
  • Handle all customer enquiries and complaints

My client is seeking someone who can speak fluent French however German or Spanish speakers will also be considered!
