Marks Sattin is a leading Finance and Technology recruitment company based across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a highly organised individual to join us as a member of our Front of House team in our busy sales office in London. This role will entail providing front of house cover for the office, managing the reception area and screening all calls. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Providing general admin support to the operations & marketing team
  • Working as part of the reception team, which entails being the first point of contact for the business. Meet and greet candidates and clients and taking them into the required meeting rooms. Responsible for meeting room bookings and maintaining the meeting room diary
  • Answer calls politely, quickly and efficiently using switchboard
  • Screening candidates to ensure details are passed to the correct consultant
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers & post
  • Ordering and daily distributing of food supplies and post to the office
  • Co-ordinate facility queries for the office
  • Responsible for the company stationery orders to six offices
