This is a superb Fixed Term Contract (12 months with a view to perm) opportunity for an experienced candidate looking to further their experience and growth within an award-winning fiduciary and fund services provider; a fully independent, owner-managed business established over 50 years.
This role will support a new Fund opening in Ireland.
Duties will include:
- Ensure up to date and accurate bookkeeping of all assigned fund structures
- Preparation of bank reconciliations for a portfolio of clients, including analysis of cash payments and receipts.
- With supervision of a senior member of the team, process initial set-up of an entity, investor and other data cards as required in the accounting system.
- Assisting with the administration of a range of fund structures.
- Working under supervision of a senior member of the team, prepare investor and other reporting requirements of the Fund within client / regulatory timescales.
- Provision of exceptional service levels for clients and related parties throughout the whole Fund life cycle.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Business or Accounting degree
- Part qualified ACCA / ACA preferably
- Fund Accounting and / or Transfer Agency experience desirable
- Understanding of the requirements of quality client service.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a funds or similar environment at a similar level.
- Deadline oriented; ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.
- Basic knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements an advantage.
