Market leading business with 50 years experience is looking for a Global Controller to oversee a team of 30 which includes Finance, Tax, Treasury, SSC and Systems. This highly visible and pivotal position will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, including divisional accounting, transactional accounting, oversight for international subsidiaries including accounting and reporting under US GAAP.

• Leads the international coordination for the group external audit, regional statutory audits and tax and regulatory filings.
• Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of division accounting and processing functions.
• Develop and mentor team, provide organizational design recommendations and cross training.
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee the system of accounts and books/records on transactions and assets.
• Coordinate preparation of management reporting and related analytics.
• Responsible for leading and recommending systems and process efficiencies.

To be considered for this role, you will be ACA qualified (Equivalent) and possess considerable experience within the US corporate world. You must have strong knowledge of accounting standards such as FRS101/2 and US GAAP, with clear ownership SEC Reporting. We are looking for a strong manager, with gravitas and demonstrable leadership experience.
