Start your job searchWe are looking for an experienced Global Purchase to Pay Process Owner for a leading international Media organisation. The purpose of the role is to lead the strategic and operational delivery of global P2P activities for the group as part of a wider Shared Services transformation programme.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of a global strategy for Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes, including associated policies and technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of a global, standardized Target Operating Model (TOM) for end to end P2P processes.
- Work with the global finance leadership team and the Shared Service Centres (SSC) to establish and implement target service level agreements.
- Develop the overall transformation strategy into operational goals, objectives, and process roadmaps.
- Implement new technologies in the form of automation and robotics to drive process efficiency and value.
- Manage relationships with third party outsource providers including: negotiation of contracts, improving SLAs, implementing KPI frameworks.
- Engages with finance leadership to identify, plan and execute the transition of additional procure to pay processes into the SSC.
- Work with the global finance community to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Shared Service Centre
Essential Criteria:
- Significant experience leading and designing P2P processes on a global scale.
- Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering, program management and technology implementation for PLCs/multinationals
- Experience managing large teams and third party vendors/outsourcers (both locally & remotely)
- Significant experience working in Finance Shared Services or Outsourcing environments.
- ACA (or equivalent) finance qualification
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
- The ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basis.
