Leading Consumer Services business is looking to hire a Governance & Controls Manager. This is an excellent opportunity working for a business going from strength to strength.

Reporting into the Snr. Manager the role is responsible for the risks and provide integrity and assurance on the internal controls over financial reporting, as well as the financial control environment. Key responsibilities will be to establish and test the key internal controls over financial reporting; identify internal control weaknesses and address the necessary corrective actions; review the integrity of the balance sheet reconciliations; continually review, maintain and update the risks, issues, controls, and process documentation across the business units; perform any other assurance reviews or assist with any system enhancement projects as required.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous internal audit or risks/controls experience. You could also be a Manager working within an Internal Audit team in practice.
