A highly successful international property and investment business is seeking a high profile Group Finance Director to bolster its finance function. The business holds an extensive and diverse property and investment portfolio therefore requires an outstanding individual who is able to make significant impact on the future growth of the business.

The Group FD will be versatile enough to identify opportunities for overall improvement of the finance function, as well as being hands on with analysing financial information. You will be responsible for all corporate and trust tax structuring and will be working closely with an extremely knowledgeable and ambitious senior management team with great vision and drive.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably Chartered, with excellent academics, technically exceptional, and a successful track record in real estate/property and financial investments.
