The ideal candidate will have worked in an SEM environment (c50-200 million t/o), have experience of managing motivating & developing a team, have a proven track record and pro-active change and process improvement, and ideally have experience around Sales, Stock and Inventory. any experience of implementing a system would be a huge plus. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have a large chunk (if not all) of the above experience, all gained within an SME environment. this is an unrivalled opportunity working for a finance team that is of a very high standard and for an FD who has been shortlisted for FD of the year in recent times.
