A growing Property Development Company is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join their London based offices. The organisation is searching for a detail-driven, hands-on leader who can come in and assist with strategic insight to assist with ongoing growth and development of the business. The role is expected to be a temporary to permanent post for the successful candidate with a view to get the right individual in as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing management and statutory accounts for multiple entities across the group
• Preparation of cash-flow projections for project assessment
• Assisting with process improvements across reporting structures
• Liaising with non-financial operations, including the Commercial Director and Senior Project Manager to ensure that budgets are being adhered to
• Preparing monthly management packs for board review
• Ad hoc projects

Essential:

• The successful candidate must have prior Property industry exposure as well as a minimum of 5-7 years' experience working in a similar post.
