A highly innovative PE Backed technology business is seeking an ambitious Group Financial Controller to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business. The business operates in a rapidly evolving market and provides a valuable service to business within the sector. Playing a vital role in the business, the Group FC will be partnering the CFO and support the business through an ambitious growth period.

With full responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function, including managing a small team, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong internal and external relationships. The Group FC will have responsibility for improving the business's board packs and providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis in order to support major strategic decision making across the business. The role has a broad commercial remit, and you will be supporting decision making and reviewing bids and contracts, as well as playing a crucial role supporting the business through a period of planned M&A.

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered, you will ideally have qualified in a top tier accountancy firm. The successful candidate will have a background as Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar in a related business. Ambitious candidates looking to make a late move from practice will also be considered. You will have excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate at all levels both within and outside the organisation in order to build and maintain key relationships.
