Group FP&A Analyst

Fast-growing technology consultancy based in West London are looking for a commercially-minded FP&A Analyst to join their team in a senior position. This role reports directly to the CFO and will have exposure to the wider business as well as giving you opportunity to further develop and grow the FP&A team.

Duties:

Work with the Head of FP&A and senior management team to:

• Managing and co-ordinating the annual budget process, monthly/quarterly re-forecasting cycle and 5YP process
• Preparation of budget/forecast/5YP presentations for the Senior Leadership Team and the Board.
• Detailed variance analysis between the budget / forecast and actuals working with the Divisional Finance Directors to understand variances and report effectively on variances identified.
• Develop bespoke reports to bring insight and impact analysis to the forefront.
• Financing, Bank Reporting and Bank Covenant Reporting
• Run simulations on various 'what-if' scenarios using insight and critical thinking to evaluate and make recommendations about critical business decisions
• Challenge current processes and recommend improvements to all aspects of reporting and analysis
• Preparation and management of the monthly CFO report presentation and divisional report summary
• Standardisation of the existing reporting structure and the development of meaningful KPIs that can be reported against regularly
• Supporting the Business Development function with pipeline reporting
