We are exclusively recruiting a Group Treasury Manager role for one of Europe's fastest growing bsuinesses with offices in the UK, Europe and across the world. It provides a range of services for thousands of clients within several sectors and is aquiring a high volume of businesses

Leading a team of 2, we are looking for somebody confident and willing to challenge and streamline processes. The successful candidate will manage Group intercompany loan portfolio, oversee management charges and implement a group cashflow.

This role is crucial to the business and we are keen to support and develop the right individual. This is a complex growing group and the role will provide plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your career.

Flexible working is available for this role. It is expected that the successful candidate would spend approximately one day a week in the office, or more if you wish

Duties

  • Ensure the Group's cash position is appropriate to meet the needs of internal customers and the business
  • Maintain a working Group cash flow taking into account the cash flow of all Group businesses
  • Setting up and training new businesses on cashflow management
  • Bank account maintenance. Responsible for maintaining all UK bank accounts. Including but not limited to initial set up of bank accounts, completion of banking documentation, closing old bank accounts, adding bank accounts to facility arrangements and annual review of direct debit arrangements.
  • Banking platform. Day to day responsibility for our banking platform, including administration of new userstand accounts, changes in limits, payment limits, access requests and user access reviews.
  • Credit Cards. Responsible for Credit Card processes including setting up of new credit card arrangements, resolving all card holder and business account queries in a timely and efficient manner and monitoring usage to ensure adherence to credit card policy. Administration of the credit card platform.
  • Performance bond maintenance. Responsible for maintaining all performance bonds issued by NatWest. Including but not limited to initial set up of bonds, completion of bond documentation, closing old bonds and bond reporting.
  • Managing FX as required by the Group.
  • Daily cash reporting to the Executive team.
  • Line management of the Treasury Senior and Treasury officer

Ideal Candidate

  • Accountancy qualification or working towards qualification
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Experience of working within a finance team with responsibilities for cash management
  • Experience of managing loan arrangements
  • Previous experience working in a multi-national Corporate Treasury is desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management across countries and cultures.
  • Have excellent attention to detail & the ability to prioritise, multitask and commitment to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

On offer is a salary of up to £65,000 + very good employee flexbility and working from home options
