Newly created Head of Finance role with an exciting live entertainment brand in London. Unique opportunity to take ownership and develop alongside a highly-skilled team and environment. Working closely with the CFO as part of the senior leadership team you will play a key role in the development of the finance function and supporting the business with further projected growth as the project looks to scale.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Establishing a strong financial control environment and improve/streamline exisiting processes

- Leading and developing a small team across month end and the preparation/review of budgets, cash/revenue forecasts

- Developing relationships across the business and partnering with teams to provide key commercial insight

- Working closely with the CFO to provide strategic support, modeling scenrios for future growth and improve profitability

This is a key role with clear development opportunity acting as an integral part of the senior leadership team. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (equivalent) and posses post-qualified experience within a simialr role in leading a small finance team. You will be comfortable and confident working within a fast-paced encironment and previous experience within a start/scale-up environment will be highly advantagous as will Hospitality/Events/Entertainment exposure.
