Start your job searchThis reputable and growing international business is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Head of Finance to help develop the company and achieve their international business strategies. The role requires someone that is commercially aware with a pedigree in finance to partner with stakeholders and give guidance on business initiatives, performance and targets and play a key part in overall decision-making.
A broad and varied role, you will report directly into senior management whilst managing a small, high-performing finance team. As well as being tasked with the day-to-day running of the finance function, covering monthly statutory reporting and management accounts, you will partner with stakeholders across the business in order to develop the company strategy and goals. The role will also have a strong focus on improving finance processes and systems and the production of management information in order to support growth.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and will have a background in financial management and control, ideally from a SME environment with international exposure. Having strong commercial acumen in addition to technical knowledge is needed. You will be adept in working closely with senior stakeholders and managing and motivating a small finance team and have a passion for producing quality and robust financial reports. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished, all-round finance professional that is looking for an influential position in a growing and exciting company.
