Role - Head of Financial, Planning and Analysis Location - Preston Salary - Up to £90,000 with additional benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a large property organisation in their search for a Head of Financial, Planning and Analysis to work out of their Preston office working on a hybrid model.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. An ability to interpret large volumes of data and deliver impactful insights is essential. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and exposure to housing/property or facility services would be beneficial although not essential. The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. Previous management experience would also be desirable. Key duties for the Head of Financial, Planning and Analysis role will involve:

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Profit and loss analysis
  • Lead of the delivery of consolidated monthly accounts
  • Cost analysis
  • Partner with the Board in reviewing business cases and key strategic decisions
  • Look to improve on reporting process and introduce dashboards and financial models
  • Ad-hoc analysis
  • Management of a finance team

Salary for the role is up to £90,000 benefits
