Marks Sattin Executive Search are working exclusively with a well-established PE Backed Multisite Healthcare to recruit a strategic and commercial Head of FP&A, partnering and working closely to the Chief Financial Officer and senior management.

Based in Bristol, but offering a great hybrid working model, this is a key senior position within the business involving developing and managing financial reporting across the Group, annual budgeting and planning, forecasting and long-term annual plan incorporating analysis to assess risks and opportunities, impact on profitability, working capital and covenants.

As Head of FP&A, the role provides the opportunity to have a very high level of autonomy, significant responsibility for developing commercial analysis to support commercial decisions, assess financial impact and post investment review analysis. You will manage and develop an FP&A Analyst to ensure quality delivery within agreed timescales and act as true leader able to identify opportunities for improvements in IT systems, processes, and controls in order to drive the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
• Extensive experience of working in commercial finance in a corporate or PE Backed business.
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills, and be a skilled communicator.
• Have prior experience of moving businesses from excel reporting towards a dedicated BI and planning tool
