Highly renowned leader in the European retail sector with stores in over 15 countries and a worldwide customer base is in search for an experienced Information Security Manager. As the Information Security Manager you will work within the Information Technology department at the Head office in London and will be responsible for the entire global security for the group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Information Security Manager to join an industry leading team with likeminded indivduals who are driven by Information Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement security standards, processes and procedures throughout the entire business on a global scale
  • Manage and ensure the remediation of all security threats to the business
  • Lead the expansion of the Information Security area within the business whilst mentoring new team members
  • Oversee the testing and scanning of threats towards the business
  • Create and roll out a company wide security awareness programme that ensures all members understand the most relevant information security risks to the business

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Information Security Manager, Information Security Team Lead, Information Security Lead, Senior Information Security Analyst or similar
  • Strong knowledge of national and international compliance standards such as PCI DSS, SOX, ISO, EU DPD
  • Experience of budgeting and strategic planning
  • Ability to explain and convey complex technical information security threats and issues, to non-technical staff members
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to lead and enhance the output of team members
  • Relevant qualifications such as CISM/CISSP/CRISC/CGEIT/CISA/CEH
