Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a leading Birmingham based organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Analyst on a 4-6 month contract. The position will be based in the lovely Central Birmingham offices and will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an urgent requirement with a quick start available.

The Interim Finance Analyst will be responsible for:

• Providing additional support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure risks and/or opportunities are highlighed and analysed through the budgeting and forecasting process to provide relevant input into management decisions.
• Liaising with the Financial Management team to support the smooth running of the finance system, internal controls, accounts payable and financial reporting.
• Liaising with the Commercial teams to review the financial performance of contracts and highlighting risks and opportunities where necessary.
• Delivery of daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting to the senior leadership team.
• Supporting the organisations 'Continuous Improvement' strategy, ensuring processes are kept tight and robust.

To be considered you must be:

• Experienced in a similar analytical position
• A Qualified or Qualified by Experienced Accountant
• A strong communicator with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Commutable to Central Birmingham, as the position will be office based
• Available to start at short notice
