Interim Finance Manager

£250 - £300 per day

This rapidly growing, PE backed business who are leading in their field are looking to bring on board a Finance Manager on an immediate basis to cover a smooth hand over and various projects.

Duties

• To control financial accounting postings for month end (e.g. Payroll, balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany postings)
• Financial and Management Reporting
• Manging the day to day operations on the transactional teams, setting objectives, training and development and identifying areas for improvements
• Providing appropriate analysis and recommendations to influence key decisions.
• Review key risks and identify potential risks.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice.

Key skills and experience needed

• Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Significant experience of managing month end and delivering to tight deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
