Start your job searchPrivately owned manufacturing firm is looking for an Interim Head of Finance to assume this newly created role until the Permanent candidate starts in 2015. As a globally focused organization which is poised for growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Interim specialist to assist in helping the company achieve its strategic directives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Project Manage initial stages of an ERP Systems Upgrade
- Responsible for assisting Directors in determining Business Performance
- Ensure effective internal and external audit process is in place with regular reporting to the board
- Prepare the annual financial accounts, liaise with statutory auditors and tax advisors to ensure requirements of HMRC are met.
- Assist the Group FD in day to day finance in terms ofFinance planning, Budgeting, Financial controls/audit, Management accounting/ reporting andCost accounting (products, product development and manufacturing).
We are looking for someone who has worked within the Manufacturing/Engineering industry previously and also has considerable international experience. This role would suit someone who is a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACMA Equivalent) with a can do attitude.
