A global investment manager is seeking an Interim Head of Financial Crime.

The Interim Head of Financial Crime will be responsible for managing the EMEA Financial Crime team. They will report to the Global Head of Financial Crime and manage a team to monitor, reduce risk of and investigate AML, sanctions, fraud and bribery and corruption. They will also be responsible for compliance policy in relation to the above and be the key point of contact for regulatory visits and audits. They will need to present to Global Head of Financial Crime and the board on certain matters. The successful candidate will also have oversight of a financial crime monitoring programme. This role has the possibility of going permanent in due course.

Minimum criteria for selection:

• Have performed a similar role with equivocal organisation
• Experience of policy writing and monitoring, strong AML experience is of particular interest
• Management experience
• Professional qualification and degree educated
• Asset Management experience is preferable
