Our client is currently recruiting for an interim Accounting Manager for approximately 12 months. The client is a real estate investment company located in Amsterdam. You will be reporting to the Head of Group Reporting. This assignment is a part time interim position for 16 hours. More or less hours is not possible.
The position
- Maintenance of local company accounting records: Cash management and control, banking, cash flow management, raising payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany, currency and deposit management, quarterly invoices;
- Reporting requirements: Quarterly management reporting on Group consolidation system to their London office, quarterly confirmation and reporting of intercompany balances and transactions;
- Annual statutory reporting on Group consolidation system;
- Preparation on the year end disclosure forms;
- Production of the year end audit file;
- Tax requirements: Assisting group tax team, preparation and filling of periodic VAT return and assistance with providing financial and tax information, preparation and filling of CbCR notification in the Netherlands;
- Ad-hoc projects
Your profile
- 5 years of experience as an (interim) Accounting Manager or something similar;
- Immediately available to start on this assignment;
- Living in the Randstad area;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Available for 16 hours a week - these hours can be arrange flexibly through the week;
- Preferable some experience within real estate or hotel hospitality industry;
Offer
- Assignment for 12 months;
- All-in hourly rate between €67,- and €77,-
