Company Overview:
Our client is a reputable real estate firm specializing in the management of commercial, residential, and retail properties within a diverse portfolio valued up to £5 billion in assets under management.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Consultant to join our client's team on an interim to permanent basis.
This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
      
  •      Preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with regulatory standards.
      
  •      Monthly and quarterly reporting to provide insights into financial performance.
      
  •      Consolidation of financial statements for the group.
      
  •      Utilization of strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
      
  •      Production of management accounts and variance analysis to support decision-making.
      
  •      Addressing any other ad hoc requirements as they arise.
Requirements:
      
  •      Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CAANZ) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
          
  •      1-2 Years experience working with a Real Estate or Property development firm. (REQUIRED)
      
  •      Proven experience in financial reporting, including statutory accounts preparation and consolidations.
      
  •      Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
      
  •      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      
  •      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location: Central London, 4 days per week in office.
