Start your job searchMarks Sattin is working with an international market leader who is currently recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to joining the Internal Audit team.
Working across multiple service lines, you will be carrying out financial and operational audits based in head office with no need to travel to sites around the UK. This is one of the rare roles which provides you with no travel coupled with the flexibility of a good work life balance.
With the business going through and exciting period of transformational change, this presents significant opportunities and risks to the business including growth, increasing regulatory compliance, technological change/Cyber security and Brexit to name just a few.
In the role you will be responsible for:
- Managing numerous audits at one time in various stages of completion, across a complex, fast-paced, commercially focused business;
- Carrying out detailed risk assessments and audit planning to develop audit assignment scopes that focus on key business risks;
- Reporting on audit findings to the business up to executive level management and tracking completion of agreed audit actions;
- Managing multiple stakeholder expectations, including external resource, UK legal and compliance teams and a range of stakeholders within the business function;
You will ideally be ACA, CIMA, ACCA, IIA and have a commercial outlook and approach to auditing.
