Due to Marks Sattin's growth and increased volume of hires, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our office in London and help increase head count across the wider business. You will assist with all UK and Ireland hires liaising with the Senior Leadership and Marketing teams.

The role is extremely dynamic and fast-paced. You will be the first point of contact for all potential employees so it is of paramount importance you maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. This will ideally be suited to an experienced consultant who would prefer securing a 180 form of recruitment as you will still be working to targets, both team and individually based.


  • To work closely with the Managing Director & Directors to agree manpower plans, hiring priorities, role profiles and specific headcount targets.
  • With relevant training you will be tasked with sourcing, attracting, headhunting and screening candidates through various methods.
  • Conduct the initial first stage interview hosting competency based interviews alongside creating a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • You will help shape and influence the development of all hiring plans and social media accounts, attend and manage assessment centres and networking events.
  • Provide timely, accurate and well presented management information to our Leadership team ensuring that the full range of candidate attraction tools and methods are employed to achieve our targets.
  • To devise and implement appropriate recruitment strategies to attract "best in class" candidates.

The ideal candidate:

  • 6-12 months recruitment or sales experience
  • 1 or above (desirable)
  • Proven experience of working to targets and liaising with senior members of staff
  • Good understanding of market research, networking and headhunting
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to make things happen and multi task
  • Team player who likes to get involved with every aspect of the business and make an impact!
