The Location: City of London

The Opportunity

A spin out of a globally renowned RE house set up 3 Years ago has established itself in London and is now looking for a mathematically strong analyst to join the team, being mentored by some of the finest in the industry.

The Responsibilities:­­­­

• Production of financial models and analysis of potential returns.
• Production of collateral materials / presentations in PowerPoint
• Transaction management: assist with the acquisition processes from origination to completion
• Liaising with counterparties and their advisors
• Supporting deal sourcing and structuring of new deals and interfacing with operators, owners, and agents.

The Role:

• 2 - 4 years' experience within real estate, finance, investment banking, or private equity preferred but not necessary.
• Must have experience analysing and modelling complex deals and financial structures including leverage.
• Strong financial modelling skills in Excel.
• A strong interest in real estate investment, fixed income and alternative structures.
