The Job: Investment Management Due Diligence - Senior Manager


The Company: Fintech - Investment Manager


The Location: City of London


The Opportunity
Rapidly growing Fintech looks to take on a number 2 for their Investment Due Diligence Team. Opportunity to work closely with the Head in developing the growth of the team, putting your own stamp on the infrastructure. Client facing opportunity best suited to someone who has had experience creating strong relationships.


The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and development of the team both internally and as a services offering
  • Lead operational due diligence onsite meetings across a variety of asset classes including long only, hedge funds, and private markets.
  • Produce and present clear, concise investment manager due diligence reports directly to the Board
  • Build rapport with clients in order to identify potential commercial opportunities and development points.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the investment manager due diligence through championing effective work processes and collaborating on commercial opportunities.


The Requirements:

  • 6 Years + experience within Due Diligence or Investment Oversight roles
  • Vast exposure across a myriad of products including long only, hedge funds and private markets.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support the business
  • Well versed in business development and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients
  • A background within Portfolio Management is a benefit but not necessity
