Reporting Analyst - IT Service Management > leading global FTSE business requires competent Reporting Analyst to Design, collate and produce the Service Management (ITSM) reporting

• Solid experience as IT Reporting Analyst, ITSM Reporting Analyst, IT Reports Analyst, ITSM Reports Analyst or similar
• Regular IT Service Management reporting, ad-hoc reporting and analytics for Service Management
• Driving the adoption and use of the I IT Service Management reporting toolset(s) and the development of appropriate KPI measurements.
• Previous experience in working with data sources
• Previous experience of quality report generation and presentation
• Responsible for creating, and automating where possible, reporting for management teams to support KPI and SLA management
• Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) is highly desirable
