A fast growing consumer goods business based in central London is currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join their fast pace finance team.

You will be focusing on accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control tasks to ensure all relevant company procedures and deadlines are adhered to. Responsibilities will include procession invoices, managing staff expenses, payment runs, petty cash reconciliation, aged creditor analysis and reporting and dealing with any vendor queries. You will also be responsible for chasing payments from customers, reconciling the sales ledger and credit referencing and more.

The successful candidate will have gained well rounded Accounts Assistant experience in all three areas covered in the role. Candidates will have a pragmatic and problem solving approach with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will be liaising with customers as well as working with commercial teams and stakeholders at different levels. Strong Excel skills and previous experience of using SAP are essential.
