Marks Sattin are excited to announce that we are currently working with a leading Law firm based in Guildford, Surrey. We have been asked to help with the recruitment process for a Legal Cashier to join this company on a permanent basis. This is an exciting position within a brilliant, market leading business, based within in the heart of Surrey. This role is currently paying £23,000 to £27,000 with other great benefits, including study support.

The Role:

This Accounts Assistant position is a varied role where you will be asked to be heavily involved with client and office accounting transactions, this includes raising of sales ledger invoices. Processing of the bank transfers on the bank system, including the reconciliation for those accounts. Raising of company cheques, petty cash and also ad-hoc duties as and when they arise.

The Profile:

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two to three years experience, ideally working within the legal sector previously. Our client are looking for organised, conscientious candidates who are passionate about a career within finance and also passionate about working within a Law firm. Our client are also looking for someone who has the ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines, someone who has a positive and can-do attitude.
