A Challenger Bank with rapid growth over the past year is looking for Lending Assessor, Senior Credit Underwriter and Team Lead Credit Underwriter to provide support and advice for the bank across their Lending and Underwriting activities.

The responsibilities for these roles will be as follows:

Lending Assessor

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain quality through assessing key underwriting documents
• Support the achievements of departmental and annual lending targets

Senior Credit Underwriter

• Facilitate the progress for mortgage applications
• Underwriting applications to offer suitable applicants
• Underwrite application in line with the Banks mandate and procedures

Underwriting Team Leader

• Effectively Lead and motivate a team of Underwriters
• Ensuring a positive and professional manner is maintained at all times
• Providing a high quality of service and support to the management team with day to day delivery of objectives and tasks.
